  • Q: Do you have payment plan options?

    A: We do not have in-office payment plan options, but we accept Care Credit. Care credit is a medical/dental credit card program that allows affordable monthly payment options. One must apply and be pre-approved for this program.

  • Q: How do I apply for Care Credit?

    A: One can apply in the office for the program or online at www.carecredit.com.

  • Q: Does your office operate on a financial sliding scale?

    A: No

  • Q: What insurances do you accept?

    A: We will accept and file almost all dental insurances; however, we are an in-network provider to Humana, United Concordia Tricare (active duty and dependents only), United Healthcare, Ameritas and Health Springs. If you have an insurance plan through another carrier, you should contact that company to determine if coverage includes out-of-network providers.

  • Q: At what age do you start treating children?

    A: We follow the standard of the American Dental Association in that all children have an initial dental evaluation at one year of age.

  • Q: What type of whitening systems do you use?

    A: We provide an in-house bleaching system and take-home whitening trays.

  • Q: How often should I visit the dentist?

    A: Both children and adults should have a dental evaluation every six months.

  • Q: Does your office accept walk-in appointments?

    A: We accept walk-in appointments when we are able to accommodate them. Treatment is not guaranteed on that day.
